What counts as a minor revision vs. a new order?
Minor = color/lighting tweaks, small object moves, swapping a decor item. Major = full restage, new furniture set, different style direction, or adding/removing multiple large items. Minor tweaks are unlimited for 7 days after delivery.
Are your edits MLS‑compliant?
Yes. We adjust lighting, remove clutter, stage with digital furnishings, and enhance skies. We don’t alter or hide permanent property features (walls, windows, layout, trees, telephone lines, major damage). Ultimately, it is your responsibility to follow your specific MLS rules and regulations from state to state. We are not liable for any photos you use.
Can you edit occupied homes?
Yes! Use Clutter Clean to remove distractions and Style Refresh to modernize existing furnishings without misrepresenting the space.
What is “Style Refresh”?
A tasteful virtual redesign: we update finishes, rugs, art, and decor to a modern palette over what’s already there. Ideal for dated but furnished rooms.
How do I submit photos, and what formats do you accept?
Drag‑and‑drop JPG/PNG directly into submission form. Include notes and style preference.
Do you watermark files or require credit?
No watermarks and no attribution required. You have royalty‑free usage across MLS, web, social, print, and ads.
What if my seller wants changes after we post?
Request a minor tweak anytime within 7 days of you receiving the image(s) and we’ll update the file.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. Add 6‑hour or 12‑hour rush at checkout (subject to queue and complexity).
Can you change paint, flooring, or cabinets?
For MLS photos, we avoid modifying permanent structures, light fixtures, or anything to may be perceived as misleading. We don't encourage misrepresentation in photos.
