What counts as a minor revision vs. a new order?
Minor = color/lighting tweaks, small object moves, swapping a decor item. Major = full restage, new furniture set, different style direction, or adding/removing multiple large items. Minor tweaks are unlimited for 7 days after delivery.
Are your edits MLS‑compliant?
Yes. We adjust lighting, remove clutter, stage with digital furnishings, and enhance skies. We don’t alter or hide permanent property features (walls, windows, layout, trees, telephone lines, major damage). Ultimately, it is your responsibility to follow your specific MLS rules and regulations from state to state. We are not liable for any photos you use.

What is “Style Refresh”?
